I cannot say enough great things about Brian! If you are in need of commercial real estate help, I suggest you look no further. I am actually surprised and grateful that he patiently stuck with me through a VERY long and complicated deal to lease a space in Midtown, which we successfully closed on recently. His knowledge about Sacramento, especially Midtown and years of experience he brings to the table is invaluable. He was available to communicate at all hours, often still replying to emails or picking up my call after 10:00 or 11:00 pm at times to make sure I was comfortable and fully understood every step of the process. He met with me at several locations, walked around the blocks and shared tons of information he knew about the locations and surrounding businesses, as well as the business climate and future plans for certain areas or streets. He read through all documents and thoroughly made explained and revisions as needed. He called out details I would have otherwise missed if I was on my own. Actually, there is no way I could have done this without him!
